During my stay, the hotel staff provided excellent service with a smile and were always willing to help me with any query I had. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with spotless bedding and tidy areas. The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to transportation and a variety of restaurants.
Everything was spot on.

The hotel provided free breakfast every morning and free Wi-Fi inside the rooms. the location was close to major touristic attractions and restaurants. the hotel had a nice terrace to enjoy a view from the city at night.
The rooms were not cleaned frequently and the air conditioner was not functioning well. the bathroom was quite cramped and not well-maintained.

Located in a bustling neighborhood, the hotel is close to many attractions including nightlife. Though the sheets are clean, rooms are unsanitary – some include broken taps and toilet seat covers. If you're lucky enough to find someone at the front desk, they'll eventually give you a remote control so you can adjust the air conditioning.
The staff are incredibly unhelpful and unaccommodating, often lying about room availability or overcharging for extra guests.

Our romantic escape was made better by the free breakfast and the stunning view from the room. The location was perfect as we could walk to most attractions in the city. We enjoyed the convenience of having a nearby convenience store that was open 24/7.
The bathroom was in poor condition and not properly cleaned. The room was small and had a slightly musty smell.
